“Happy families are all alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”

– Leo Tolstoy from Anna Karenina

This Sunday December 12, we continue with our theme of “Tradition” by looking at some traditions that are not so good, traditions that cause dysfunction in families and in nations. Some BUUFers will share their stories and Lisa Fuller will bring a message titled, “Old Stories, New Thoughts” dealing with our treatment of indigenous peoples.

Additionally, Rev. Jim McConnell will have a meditation titled: “You Do Not Need to Throw Yourself in Front of a Train.” The kids will go directly to their RE rooms before service, to prepare for the Winter Solstice play. Join in person or on Zoom.
