Sunday Service: "Healing the Political Divide in America"
This Sunday, August 2nd, the theme of the service is Healing the Political Divide in America.  In his sermon, “How Would You Talk Politics with Your Grandmother?” Rev. Jim McConnell will examine the dynamics of political division in America and propose some things we can do to heal our country and our personal relationships. Additionally, June Blackwell and Rev. Roger Brewin will share readings, and Charles Long will sit in the Poet’s Corner. The BUUF Musicians, Ralph Heibutzki and Joan Guilfoyle will share some special music, Nico Rojas and Katharine Lion will have a Story for All Ages, and The La Fleur Family will light and extinguish our Chalice.
Join on Zoom.  Invite someone with whom you are in political disagreement.
The Zoom link, Meeting ID and password will be sent out on Saturday with the emailed Order of Service. Please check your inbox! If you don’t receive the Order of Service by end of day Saturday, please email Joanne Krettek at office@berrienuu.org or call her at 269-612-8886.
