Sunday Service: "Dream of a Green Future"

This Sunday September 27th, is “Green Sanctuary Sunday” at BUUF. Green Sanctuary is a special status for Unitarian Universalist Congregations. Our Green Sanctuary Committee will talk about the how Nature sustains us and how BUUF is working to become a Green Sanctuary. Harvey Johnson will deliver the sermon titled: “Dream of a Green Future.”

Please bring your Dream of a Green Future to share either during the service or afterward in Circle Talk. Does your dream include more gardens? Less fossil fuel?  More renewable energy use? Both children and adults are invited to spend 30 seconds each sharing their dream. (Feel free to share your dream with an image instead of words if you prefer.)

Our service will also include a Fabric of Life Ceremony. In addition, Katharine Lion will share a Story for All Ages. And, of course, our talented BUUF Musicians will bring us some wonderful music. Join on Zoom.

The Zoom link, Meeting ID and password will be sent out on Saturday with the emailed Order of Service. Please check your inbox! If you don’t receive the Order of Service by end of day Saturday, please email Joanne Krettek at office@berrienuu.org or call her at 269-612-8886.
