Mindfulness Workshop: "New Year’s Intention"

This month for our mindfulness workshop we will learn a practice that can be renewed each New Year. Instead of making lots of resolutions that you don’t keep, instead try forming one word to focus your year on. Learn this simple practice with a guided meditation and journaling practice.

You will need some paper, writing tools and whatever art/craft supplies you have on hand.
