The Berrien Immigrant Solidarity Network is running a winter clothing drive. They are in need of all sizes of winter clothing, but especially for kids. If possible, please wash the clothes, bag them individually (ziplock if size permits), and label them with adult or child, size and gender. Here’s why: Families won’t be able to come in and choose clothes themselves. Instead, they will list what they need on a referral form. (Neighbor to Neighbor will accept other clothing. It doesn’t need the special treatment above.) There will be a bin outside the kitchen door at BUUF. Deadline for clothes drop-off is Thursday, December 10.
