Now that we have introduced hybrid (in person and online services) at least one volunteer will be needed each week to serve as Zoom host and technical manager. Additional volunteers may be needed to help manage sound and sanctuary cameras and to set up the large screen monitor before services. Simply stated, the Zoom host turns on captions, lets people into the meeting, mutes folks as needed, contributes to chat, sets breakout rooms (if needed) and spotlights folks who are speaking. The tech side is downloading and cuing videos/slides, showing them correctly and at the right time, and recording, editing and posting the service to YouTube. If you can help with any of these responsibilities, please contact Lisa Fuller as soon as possible. Without sufficient tech support, we will be unable to continue offering interactive Zoom services.
