Sunday, August 4th is “Bring Your Art to Fellowship Day.”  Everyone is invited to bring a piece of art which they have created and want to share. Tables will be set up for display. Anyone who wishes will have a 90-second opportunity to share something about their art work with the congregation during the service. The children are also invited to bring their own art to show to the congregation during the children’s story time.  The BUUF musicians will have a musical number, and Rev. Jim McConnell will bring a message titled: “Artists of Life.”
Don’t be shy, we want to see your art.  This includes all kinds of art forms: poetry, music, dance, acting, or many other possibilities.  The sky is the limit…
There will be a BUUF Musicians rehearsal prior to the service and the First-Sunday-of-the-Month potluck following the service. Bring a dish to pass, or just bring your appetite. Not everyone brings a dish every time, but everyone is encouraged to enjoy the food and fellowship.
