Sunday, December 30th, 10:30 – 11:30 AM @ Berrien Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

This Sunday, December 30th, BUUF is going to have its annual “Blessing of the Animals Sunday.” Rev. Jim McConnell will bring a message titled “Some Things We Can Learn from Animals.” Paddy Williams and Vanessa Crenshaw are going to bring some of their thoughts on their animal friends. Tina Eberly will tell the Story for All Ages and Harvey Johnson will bring us a poem.
There will be a variety of music during the service: Beth La Fleur will be at the piano, Gretchen Ohmann will lead us in a special song , and the BUUF Musicians will bring us a special number of their own. Everyone is invited to bring a pet or a favorite animal to be blessed.  If, however, your animal is too big, say a horse or a cow, a picture of that animal will do for the blessing. A picture also will work for your animal friends that are deceased.
The kids are welcome for the whole service; however, some of the smaller children may prefer the nursery.
Come and share in the blessings.
