Calling all knitters, crocheters & sewers; get out your supplies & whip up some warmth. We will be collecting handmade hats, scarves, & mittens to distribute at the Benton Harbor Soup Kitchen. These items are most often in need because they are easily lost or stolen & it is hard to keep track of them over the summer. While we are getting a late start to this winter, we can start stockpiling for next. Katharine Lion will be collecting donated items or yarn. Join us for the inaugural stitch off & learn more about this project, share patterns, needles/hooks, yarn, ideas & help each other with techniques.
