We all need to hear encouragement from time to time but why wait for someone else to give us the encouragement we need to hear? In this workshop, through some mindful moments we will find our own needed words of encouragement. Afterwards, we will create a little reminder with these words. You will need: paper, and crafty materials of your choosing.

This Sunday, January 24th, we continue with our theme of the month, Grace and Mercy. Special guest speaker Rev. Alex Holt will be delivering the sermon on how UU spirituality can guide one’s recovery from addiction in his message titled, “Awakening and Recovery.” Additionally, Katharine Lion and Oliver will share a Story for All Ages, Les Rorick and Kristina McCloskey will bring us a song, and the BUUF Musicians have some more really great music.
Join the service to learn more about how addiction develops and how to help oneself or others in recovery. Also, you are encouraged to invite friends and family members who might benefit or have wisdom to offer during Circle Talk. Zoom in this Sunday.
Those on our Order of Service distribution list will receive an Order of Service email on Saturday with the Zoom login details. If you are not on this list and would like to attend, please email Joanne Krettek at office@berrienuu.org or call her at 269-612-8886 for Zoom information.
