Phil Lund of the UUA MidAmerica Region recently led our BUUF board through what he calls “The Sweet Spot Exercise.” It was a fun brainstorming session where we analyzed BUUF’s resources, our community needs and interests, and where they overlap (our “sweet spot”). Then we created ideas for how we can involve community members in our mission and expand our fellowship’s reach.
