The theme for this Sunday is: Help for those who have a hard time with Christmas. In his sermon, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, *&%&$%^$@$#: Spiritual Advice for Those Who Have a Hard time with Christmas,” (Read by Jim Fuller) Rev. Jim McConnell will talk about spiritual and psychological strategies for dealing with the sadness and anxiety that can often accompany this time of year. Additionally, Jim Dalgleish, Keely Adams, and Jaryn Ruggless will bring readings, Candice Elders and Jim Dalgleish will sing the Story for All Ages, and our BUUF Musicians will select just the right hymns and do a special musical number. After the story, children will leave for Religious Education class, with Tina Eberly teaching the older elementary group and Bridget Lorenz working with the younger group.
