Sunday Service: "Productive and Passionate Aging" @ Berrien Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
This Sunday, August 8th, the theme for our service is “Productive and Passionate Aging.” In his sermon, “Age of Grace,” Rev. Jim McConnell will speak about some of his own experiences with aging and the importance of finding one’s passion for living the creative and productive life, no matter what age you are. Additionally, Linda Lobik will bring a favorite poem, Mary Lou Elson will do our chalice work, Gloria Weberg will read the Story for All Ages, and Ellen Higdon will share her perspectives on Aging. See you Sunday!
Notes:
Due to a change in CDC guidelines, we will now be asking ALL in-person attendees to wear a mask when singing along with hymns. Unvaccinated adults and children are asked to wear masks anytime they are in the building. Please bring masks from home.
We will continue distributing the Order of Service via email. This will ensure both BUUFers at home and those returning in person will receive a copy. It will also save trees since we won’t be printing multiple copies. You may want to bring your cell phone so you can easily pull up the Order of Service while participating in person.
