Sunday Service: "Moments of Change: How Powerful are Transformations in Women?" @ Berrien Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

This Sunday, Tracie Crenshaw will deliver a message that is titled “Moments of Change: How Powerful are Transformations in Women?” She will expand on types of changes women experience in mind, body and spirit, and discuss how embracing the transformations creates a more positive transition period.

BUUF welcomes the Lakeview Chamber Players who will provide special music during the service. Come a few minutes early so as not to miss their extended prelude as people are gathering. We are grateful to them for their gratis performance.

Meet the Lakeview Chamber Players…

Isabel Jackson is a retired music teacher and pianist/ organist who lived in Long Island, NY, for 30 years. When moving back to Michigan in 1990, she started Lakeview Chamber Players with various string and wind players.

Ginny Burd thanks her parents and the public schools of Battle Creek Lakeview for encouraging her to begin to study the violin. She also had wonderful music teachers throughout high school and university. She loves playing in orchestras and playing chamber music. Ginny thanks Isabel for time together as a trio with Lynne.

Lynne Tan is a full-time ceramic artist and part-time cello student who started learning to play the cello a few months before her 40th birthday. She is forever grateful to Isabel and Ginny for traveling with her on a magical journey of music making and sharing.
