The focus for this Sunday’s worship is “Friendship.” Everyone is invited to bring a friend to church. Additionally, it is also our monthly intergenerational service, so the kids will be with us the whole hour. To prepare for the intergenerational activity, please bring one interesting fact about yourself that is known to very few people. We will have cards on which to write your fact. For the kids, an interesting fact could be something like: “I like horses” or “I like to go to visit my Gramma.” or “I do math better than anyone in my class.” For the adults your fact could be something like: “When no one is around, I have conversations with my dog” or “I have flown a supersonic jet fighter” or “My favorite hobby is hiking in wilderness areas.” This service is all about getting to know one another better and maybe making some new friends.
