This Sunday, September 6th, to commemorate Labor Day, the theme of our service will be “Work.” Jim Fuller will share the spiritual dimension of his work and Candice Elders will talk about being a working mother. Rev. Jim McConnell will talk about the importance of work for emotional health in his sermon titled, “The Soul of Work.” Additionally, we will have a Story for All Ages which talks about the history of workers in America, Glen Smith will talk to us about the endowment fund, and the BUFF Musicians will bring their usual inspiring and uplifting music.
