This Sunday, August 16th, is Blessing of the Animals Sunday. We will have a ceremony blessing the animals in our lives. If you have a special pet and would like him or her to be blessed, you can show your pet to us on Zoom by holding him or her up to your computer’s camera. If your special animal is a large animal like a horse or an elephant, or is deceased, you can just show us a picture. Additionally, Suzi Smith and Julie Williams will be our readers, Will La Fleur will have a special Story for All Ages, Charles and Dorothy Long will light the Chalice, and the BUUF Musicians will bring us some more great music. Rev. McConnell’s sermon is titled “My Pet Chicken.”
