For the next six weeks the Racial Justice Book Club Discussion Group will be listening instead of reading. We will gather together on Zoom to listen to the podcast, The 1619 Project, and then discuss what we’ve heard, compare to other books we’ve read, apply the lessons we learn to our own lives & discover how we can turn our anger/grief/sadness into action. Each of the six episodes (actually 5 with 1 broken into 2 parts) vary from 29-42 minutes. Please join us even if, especially if, you’ve already heard the podcast. Earmark All Thursday’s @ 7pm in October for this! Email email@example.com for the Zoom Link.
