Berrien Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is excited to announce our next Mindfulness Workshop: “The Bell of Mindfulness” by Thich Nhat Hahn. Sandy Walker will lead us in learning the different breathing words that accompany this meditation technique which is sure to slow your pulse & bring you to the present moment. After the guided meditation, we will try out Thich Nhat Hahnʻs gratitude walking meditation in the front garden.
