There’s no doubt about it, we are living in a difficult time in a difficult world. Our goal is not to avoid suffering, that’s unattainable, our goal is to build enough resilience to deal with our collective suffering in a productive way. Practicing mindfulness helps to build that resilience. For this workshop we will be exploring our feelings about our difficult world in a mindful way and processing them through art journaling. You will need some paper, writing tools and whatever art/craft supplies you have on hand.
