Mindfulness Workshop: "Mindful Collage"

The collage process is like making magic, you take disparate pieces and somehow when you combine them, you make a creation. If we include mindfulness in this process, you don’t just get a cool image, you get a story of awareness.

You will need: paper, glue or glue stick, collage materials (magazines, pages from books, drawings or scribbles), and will possibly use other creative materials such as: paint, markers or crayon.
