Mindfulness Workshop: "Mindful Awareness"

In this Mindfulness Workshop we’ll be exploring with non-judgment what our feelings look like and feel like in our bodies. There will be a guided meditation and creative practice. You will need: A comfy spot to meditate, paper and crafty materials such as but not limited to: paint, markers or crayon. No Art Skills Required.
