For this week’s mindfulness workshop it is BYOP – bring your own project! We will start off with a quick meditation and then work on our own projects while brainstorming where we want the Mindfulness Workshop to go.
You will need: a project and craft materials of your choosing. Please note the time change for those who wish to attend the UU Women’s Spring Retreat.
