For this week’s mindfulness workshop, we are lucky to have guest leader Les Rorick teach us the Alexander Technique, which is a mindfulness technique where you focus on how you are moving rather than what you are trying to achieve. You will need: craft materials of your choosing, such as paint, markers, pencil, coloring pencils. No artistic skills required!
