The Berrien UU Fellowship Annual Meeting is held in place of service each year on the first Sunday in June. Congregational reports are addressed and votes are cast on elected positions for the Board of Trustees, Endowment and Nominating committees, the July 2018-June 2019 budget, social justice spending, and other major issues of congregational concern. Our bylaws state that people are Voting Members if they . . . (1) have been members for 30 days or more, and (2) pledge financial support in dollars or in-kind for the current church year.
All BUUF members and friends are invited to attend the Annual Meeting. A potluck lunch will be enjoyed following the meeting.
Committee reports can be reviewed in advance of the meeting. They will be made available on the Berrien UU website as they are submitted by committee chairs and others.
