The Ethical Eating Monthly Potluck will meet at BUUF on Thursday, February 16th at 6:00 pm. Asian Cuisine is the food theme! Please bring an Asian vegetarian or vegan dish to share. Don’t fret over finding a special recipe if you usually don’t cook Asian food. Egg rolls or American Chop Suey are always a hit…or bring whatever you prefer.
