This Sunday Rev. Jim McConnell will give a message titled: “The Spirituality of Work.” Most of us, for most of our lives, must work to live. In the Eastern religions and in Western monasteries work is considered to be a spiritual discipline. What can we learn from the practice of our work that will help us live full and courageous lives? What can we learn form our work that will help us die meaningful deaths?
Lois Thomas, Don Shaffer, Dorothy Long, and Connor Sheridan will be readers, Persephone Tusciuk and Mary Lou Elson will share the Poet’s Corner, Charlie Degraaf will bring us the Story for All Ages, and Beth La Fleur, Gretchen Ohmann, and Harvey Johnson are our musicians.
See you Sunday.
