Summer Solstice Sunday

Sunday, June 29th, 10:30am

artwork by Lynn Thompson
June 29 we are celebrating the summer solstice (a little late, there’s just so much in June!). The solstice represents a period of time overflowing with light and warmth. In the Gregorian calendar, it’s the start of summer, but in the Wheel of the Year it’s the mid-point, the tender space between planting and harvesting. The garden is blooming, the strawberries are ripe, everything is in the height of abundance.
What is coming ripe in your life? What joys are in abundance?
Join us in person at BUUF or on Zoom.

Jim Fuller: Welcome again to Sharon Roberts. Thank you to Peter Tortorello for organizing our June pride events.

Jeff Green: My mother in law died. Monday was the memorial day service.

Jim Gehring: Deej Leggitt is having back pain, going to get surgery on Tuesday, please send good thoughts.

Beth: I received the pride flag which is now hanging up. Folks have been coming up with thanks.

Lisa Fuller: Hitting the road starting tomorrow with our recently adopted shelter dog Colonel.

MaryJo Schnell: We are thankful for BUUF’s continued support of OutCenter, and are concerned about the SCOTUS decision.
