Come join Berrien UU Board Member Harvey Johnson for a tour of the solar electric system powering our fellowship hall. The 6.2 kilowatt ground mounted system was installed by Four Elements Energy of Lawrence, MI in 2015 and was the first grid-connected solar electric system to be granted a building permit in Lincoln Township. Celebrate Earth Day by learning more about renewable energy and seeing it in action! Harvey will address topics such as system mechanics, net metering, sustainability, and creating a green sanctuary. Sustainable refreshments will be served.
